XIII UNIVERSEUM NETWORK MEETING Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Trondheim, Norway, 14-16 June 2012 Call for Papers The European Academic Heritage Network UNIVERSEUM announces its 13th annual meeting. UNIVERSEUM invites submissions of papers on academic heritage in its broadest sense, tangible and intangible, namely the preservation, study, access and promotion of university collections, museums, archives, libraries, botanical gardens, astronomical observatories, and university buildings of historical, artistic and scientific significance. Sessions and workshops to three main themes will be organised: Academic Heritage and Public Engagement Organised by Klaus Staubermann Central Museums / Central Storage Versus Dispersed Collections Organised by Ing-Marie Munktell Recent Scientific Heritage at Universities Organised by Roland Wittje Papers on other topics, especially those which have not been presented at Universeum meetings before, are welcomed too. Graduate students are especially encouraged to attend and present a paper. Paper presentations are limited to 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion. The conference language is English. Please send abstracts for paper proposals of no more than 200 words to the email address below before 31 January 2012. Proposals will be reviewed by the Programme Committee. Speakers will be given notice by 1 March 2012.
